Are you an organised, detail-focused Administrator who
enjoys keeping systems, records and processes running smoothly? Gowrie
Victoria is seeking a People & Culture Administrator to provide accurate,
timely and confidential support across our People & Culture function. At Gowrie Victoria, we are passionate about championing excellence in Early
Childhood Education and Care. This role will play an important part in
supporting the processes that help us attract, onboard and assist employees
across our organisation.

About the Role

The People & Culture Administrator plays a key support
role within the People & Culture team, helping ensure employee lifecycle
processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and with a strong focus on
confidentiality. You will coordinate People & Culture administration,
including recruitment and onboarding support, employee record maintenance, HRIS
updates, compliance and probity checks, inbox triage, routine reporting, and
support for audits, data integrity, and operational improvement projects.

Working within a professional and supportive team, this part-time fixed-term position (until July 2027) offers flexible working arrangements of up to 25 hours per week to be worked across four or five days.

About You

You are a highly organised and detail-focused administrator
who takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient support through task-based
work. Confident managing competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-up
actions, you can work both independently and collaboratively while engaging
professionally with stakeholders across the business. You will bring
solid written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement, and a
commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling personal and employee
information. Experience across HR, payroll, recruitment, compliance, and

workforce management systems would be highly regarded; however we are open to
someone with strong Microsoft Office experience, and an aptitude for
learning new systems.

You will hold, or be currently studying towards, a
qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. This
role may suit a HR student with strong administrative experience, or someone
returning to the workforce who is confident working with systems, has a strong
eye for detail, and is motivated to contribute to a professional People &
Culture function.
