Detailed Job Description
About
the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Finance and Procurement
Compliance AI Platform team. You will play a key role in building, operating,
and scaling a production AI solution that automates purchasing compliance
checks across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. The platform processes contracts,
invoices, and timesheets using Azure AI, Document Intelligence, and LLM-powered
validation workflows, ensuring accurate and auditable compliance outcomes
with human oversight.
In
this role, you will develop and maintain cloud-native services using Python
and Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Cosmos
DB, and Snowflake. You will design and optimize data integrations,
orchestrate large-scale document-processing pipelines, implement monitoring
and observability solutions, and support CI/CD-driven deployments. You will
also build evaluation infrastructure that enables data scientists to measure,
track, and improve model performance.
The
ideal candidate will have strong Python engineering skills, experience
developing serverless or event-driven solutions on Azure, and expertise in
SQL,
data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. A solid understanding of
testing, code quality, observability, and cloud security is essential.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, SAP integrations,
MLflow, Azure ML, Infrastructure-as-Code, and GitLab CI/CD will be highly
advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to shape a critical AI
platform in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
