The Chance

Astute Constructions is seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join our team and play a key role in delivering our portfolio of high-end Class 2 residential developments.

In this role, you will collaborate with a respected senior team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee all phases of project delivery—from design coordination through to completion—managing timelines, budgets, consultants, and subcontractors.

The role





Deliver projects end-to-end: planning, procurement, program, cost, quality and handover

Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants through complex builds

Report to the Construction Director with genuine input into how projects are won and delivered

What you'll need

Proven delivery as a PM with a head contractor, ideally on $10m + projects, with minimum of 5+ years of experience in a project management role.

Class 2 Residential experience highly regarded

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience

Demonstrated steady career history with a proven background in construction management.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team to deliver high-quality results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in project execution.
