As a Final Trim Grader Operator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality earthworks and finished surfaces across a range of civil construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

- Operating graders to civil final trim tolerances.
n
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and levels.
n
- Producing high-quality finished surfaces for roads and civil infrastructure.
n
- Working accurately to design levels and project specifications.
n
- Completing daily pre-start inspections.
n
- Working safely and efficiently as part of an experienced civil construction team.
n

About the Candidate
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Current RII Grader competency.
n
- Demonstrated experience operating graders to final trim standard.
n
- Experience across roadworks, subdivisions or large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
n
- The ability to accurately work to design levels and specifications.
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and getting the job done right.
n
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
n
