- Full-time Maximum Term position to 30 June 2027, based atour Dandenong office

About the role
The primary purpose of the Manager Education HubOperations is to provide strategic and operationalleadership in the delivery of client-centred, integrated andfinancially sustainable education and training programs withinassigned Hub/sites. The position has cross-hub and portfolio-wideinfluence, acting as a recognised leader in hub operations,compliance and program delivery. It is accountable for budgets,workforce planning, contract compliance, and the achievement ofstrategic growth and quality outcomes.
The position leads and coordinates multidisciplinary teamscomprising coordinators, teachers, trainers and administrativeemployees.
The emphasis of the position is on achieving streamlinedoperations, quality services, financial viability, and alignmentwith the Education Strategic Plan.
To be considered for this role, you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- Degree in Education, Business, Management or related field;AND
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with clients to buildsettlement, employment and/or education readiness; including atleast 2 years’ experience in a leadership position
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site educationprogram delivery with strong knowledge of compliance andquality frameworks, and ability to identify and manageoperational risk
- Demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring, performancemanagement and workforce planning skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of adult education, CALD clientneeds, and community/industry partnerships.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant accredited curricula,and the ability to lead the development of program andcontextualised learning programs
- Demonstrated business development skills and ability to inbuild and maintain partnerships with communities, employers,corporate partners and industry groups to gain and expand intonew business areas.
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to achieveprogram KPIs, financial and quality benchmarks,
budgetmanagement and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to provide pathwaycounselling
- Ability to lead and apply an extensive range of teachingstrategies and resources, and delivery models, to optimizelearning outcomes
- Extensive knowledge of the education and employment sectorsto effectively drive Foundation Skills and VET programs to meetthe needs of providers and individuals
- It is a mandatory requirement for the position holder tohave and maintain a current Working with Children Check (foremployment purposes)
- A current valid Driver’s Licence will be required for thisrole
- Access to own vehicle with comprehensive insurance for workpurposes
