Job Description

Specsavers is seeking a CRM Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Melbourne/Port Melbourne. You will lead data-driven customer communications, driving retention and conversion across lifecycle stages, with a focus on multi-channel eDM, SMS and direct mail.

You will report to the Senior CRM Manager and collaborate with a global brand function inside Marketing. The role embraces a hybrid working approach and requires solid data, segmentation and stakeholder-management skills.
