Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage distributors throughout Australia.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with hygiene service companies, facility management companies, healthcare, hospitality and government sectors.
- Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Achieve agreed annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams to support customer orders.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Experience in hygiene, washroom solutions, cleaning chemicals, facility management,



hospitality or healthcare will be an advantage.
- Existing customer or distributor network across Australia will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel across Australia.
- We are seeking candidates who are currently residing in Australia.
