About the role

n

We are seeking a Park Manager for our West Beach Park. The role offers a good work‐life balance with weekend and public holiday work.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver outstanding customer service, including guest briefings and active supervision/monitoring of patrons
n
- Lead, manage, and enforce safety standards for guests and team members, including responding to emergencies and performing rescues when required
n
- Maintain a protected and compliant workplace at all times
n
- Complete operational requirements including inspections, audits, and reporting documentation
n
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, general upkeep, and ensuring equipment/platforms are safe and level
n
- Lead end‐to‐end recruitment processes including interviewing, onboarding, training, and ensuring staff hold all required qualifications and competencies
n
- Maintain a hands‐on operational presence, including the ability to safely lift loads of up to 15kg
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Experienced and confident manager with proven leadership and people management skills
n




- Strong ability to build, develop, and support high‐performing teams in fast‐paced operational environments
n
- Experience managing day‐to‐day business operations, including staff training, rostering, onboarding, and performance support
n
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to enforce safety standards and operational procedures
n
- Valid Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
n
- Experience in hospitality or customer service operations highly regarded
n
