Job Description

JACK App, a construction technology platform headquartered in Adelaide, is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide current customers from sale through to active use. You will tailor the platform to each client's operations and coordinate data migration with our offshore team.

You will run discovery calls, deliver live training, track activation milestones, and hand over fully activated clients to the Account Manager, while feeding feedback to improve the product and process.
