Job Description

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a State Sales Manager for JB Business in NSW. You will lead our Business Development Managers and Inside Sales teams, drive sales strategy, and ensure revenue, profitability, and market growth across the state.

You will coach and develop sales talent, build robust customer relationships, deliver accurate forecasts, and report performance to the Head of Sales, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of growth.
