This role combines technical leadership with people leadership across major HV Substation, Transmission, Distribution and Renewable Energy projects.

n

You'll lead an established group of Secondary & Protection Engineers and Designers, while helping grow the capability as the national team expands.

n

You don't need to have held a formal Team Leader title before. If you're operating at Senior or Principal level, enjoy mentoring engineers and are ready to take greater ownership, this could be your next career move.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Lead technical delivery across secondary systems, protection, control, communications and SCADA design for HV infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
n
- Develop and mentor Engineers and Designers while managing workload, technical quality and team capability.
n
- Provide technical review and governance while supporting clients, proposals, recruitment and future growth.
n

What Will Make You Successful

n

n
- Electrical Engineering degree with strong Secondary & Protection experience across Transmission, Distribution, Renewables or HV Substations.
n
- Strong capability across protection and control schemes, secondary systems design and relevant Australian network standards.
n
- Senior or Principal level experience with an interest in developing people. Previous formal team management is useful, but not essential.
n
