About the role:

Our client is seeking Speech Pathologists to join their growing multidisciplinary team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, with Contractor opportunities also available.
n
This is a community-based NDIS role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging from infants through to seniors. You'll provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant's individual goals and needs.
n
You'll be supported to gradually build your caseload through a structured ramp-up program, allowing you to establish yourself comfortably while maintaining a manageable workload.

Requirements:
n

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
- 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred
n
- Suitable for clinicians from Junior through to Senior level
n
- Current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
n
- Experience or interest in working within the NDIS/community setting
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A participant-centred approach with a genuine commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Current Australian working rights
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work
n
