Your Day-to-Day

n





You'll take ownership of your portfolio and be the key point of contact for your clients, managing:

n

n
- Manage repairs, maintenance & contractor relationships
n
- Oversee arrears, compliance & insurance claims
n
- Conduct rental reviews & renewals
n
- Manage tribunal preparation & attendance
n
- Build strong landlord & tenant relationships while delivering exceptional service
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for a confident, experienced Property Manager who knows their stuff and genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll bring:

n

n
- At least 2+ years 'experience managing your own portfolio
n
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, current driver's licence & own car
n
- PropertyTree experience is highly regarded
