Design & Build are excited to be bringing to market a unique opportunity. We are currently representing a national builder as they begin building their first ever South Australia project team. With their first project coming up, a $300m build in the northern suburbs, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the project.
n Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
n
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
n
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
n
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
n
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
n
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
n
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
n
- Mentor and support other team members.
n

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
n
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
n
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
n
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
n
- Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
