Resource Mine Management (RMM), through our US subsidiary American Mine Management (AMM), is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Professional to join our growing team as a Principal Consultant - Mobile Maintenance (Underground Mining). This full time role will involve mentoring, providing strategic insights, and leading the development and implementation of mobile maintenance solutions across our global operations.

This position is ideal for an experienced Underground Mobile Maintenance Manager or Superintendent seeking a fulfilling challenge beyond traditional management roles.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the implementation and optimisation of mobile maintenance programs for our client sites.
- Mentor a team of mobile maintenance specialists to ensure the timely delivery of projects at the highest standards.
- Analyse operational data and provide recommendations to enhance mobile equipment availability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop cutting-edge mobile maintenance strategies to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex maintenance challenges.
- Provide expert technical advice and mentoring to enhance the skills of maintenance personnel at the trade, Supervisor, and Superintendent levels.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of progressive experience,



with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role or higher in underground mobile equipment maintenance.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing mobile maintenance teams and projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of mining mobile equipment and maintenance best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Sandvik, Caterpillar, and Normet underground mining equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and simplifying solutions to complex maintenance issues.
- A demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and implement innovative maintenance solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to mine sites globally and work on a rotating roster.
- Tertiary qualifications or 12 years of demonstrable senior maintenance experience, with the ability to obtain confirmation letters from previous employers (required for AMM US visas).
