Introduction: We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for a recognised NFP Organisation based in the CBD. This a short term contract for 6 weeks with a possible extension. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. You will report to the Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities

- Entering invoices in the system
n
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
n
- Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
n
- Initiating current suppliers and adding them on the system
n
- Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
n
- Managing direct debit for utilities accounts
n
- Assisting clients with accounts payable related queries
n
- Other administration & accounts duties where required
n
n
What experience will you have
n
n
- 3+ years in the AP domain
n
- Technology One experience is preferred
n
- Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
n
- Having a proactive and steady approach
n
n
