THE ROLE

- Prospecting calls to your dedicated suburbs
- Buyer call backs and warm engagement
- Just sold calls and Just listed to HOT buyers
- CRM database management and lead tracking (VOLTE)
- Managing buyer enquiries and relationships
- Coordinating inspections – private, open homes, pest/building
- Supporting the Lead Agent’s buyer pipeline

THE PERKS

- $70K–$85K base + commissions
- Take on overflow of lead agents listings - find buyers and noegtiet dealse
- Slowly build your database to become and agent

THE PERSON

- We are looking for someone with Real Estate Experiance
- Motivated and ready to smash the phones, to book in appraisals and generate listings.
- Demonstrates a solid work ethic, and initiative
- Driven, competitive and Money Motivated
- Above all the fire in your belly to become a successful sales agent

THE ESSENTIALS. Certificate of registration or Real Estate Class 2 License, Driver's License and ability to work on a Saturday.
