- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 gross, depending on experience
n
- Permanent full-time position, standard 40-hour week; overtime is paid at a flat rate in recognition of other flexibilities in the role
n
- Immediate start required, with minimal handover period available - we're looking for a self-sufficient, experienced candidate who can ramp up quickly with limited direct training
n

About the Role

n

You'll begin as an Operator, supporting production across the factory while learning the machinery, manufacturing processes and quality systems. Over time, you'll receive training to progress into machine setup and operation, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in manufacturing.

Your day may include:

- General factory and production duties
n
- Loading and unloading materials
n
- Operating a forklift (where licensed)
n
- Monitoring product quality throughout production
n
- Assisting with machine setup and basic maintenance
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure workplace
n
- Working across different production areas as required
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in doing a job well.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Experience in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
n




- A current Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
n
- Experience working around manufacturing machinery or production equipment
n
- Good mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning how machinery operates
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks
n
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
n

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude.

You'll enjoy working as part of a small team, be comfortable with repetitive production work when required, remain eager to learn new skills, and contribute positively to the workplace every day.
