Job Description

Downer is leading the delivery of strategic HR services across our state-of-the-art Torbanlea facility and the established Maryborough Service Delivery Centre. You will partner with operational leaders, driving people outcomes that support performance, growth and employee engagement.

You will lead and develop a People & Culture team, champion best-practice HR initiatives, and bring extensive experience in HR leadership within blue-collar or industrial environments.
