Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District seeks a Senior Social Worker for SUPPS. You will support pregnant women and families facing substance use challenges, delivering counselling and extensive case management in a community-based setting.

You will build therapeutic relationships, advocate for clients, document thoroughly, and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve health and social outcomes for children and parents.
