As a mechanic based at Coates Albert Park workshop, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet of hire equipment safe, reliable, and ready for our customers.

n

We value transferable skills and welcome applications from qualified diesel fitters, mechanics, automotive technicians, agricultural mechanics and heavy vehicle technicians looking to apply their experience in a new industry.

Your Typical Day Will Focus On

n

n
- Performing preventative maintenance, servicing and overhauls on a range of plant and equipment
n
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
n
- Maintaining accurate service and repair records
n
- Minimising equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and efficient repairs
n

n

What You'll Bring To The Role

n

n
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
n




- Experience working with diesel and petrol engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic 12-volt electrical systems
n
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance experience
n
- Current driver's licence (HC or HR beneficial but not required)
n
- Forklift and EWP tickets (beneficial but not required)
n
