GOUGH in Sydney’s East seeks a Property Manager to handle a pristine local portfolio of 170 properties with structure and support from leasing and accounts. You will liaise with landlords and tenants, coordinate repairs, and ensure transparent, accountable service.
COR / Real Estate Licence is required, along with outstanding organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. This role is Monday to Friday with no weekend work.
