This is a true advisory role for an Industrial Relations HR professional who enjoys solving complex workplace issues and partnering with senior stakeholders. You'll provide expert guidance across employment relations, enterprise bargaining, compliance, and governance, while supporting a diverse portfolio.

Description

- Provide advice on industrial relations, employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
- Support leaders with complex employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace risk
- Interpret legislation and industrial instruments to deliver practical business outcomes
- Assist with enterprise bargaining, policy development, and compliance initiatives
- Develop resources, guidance materials, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate training and workshops on workplace relations topics

Profile

A successful IR Advisor should have:

- Demonstrated experience in an Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Workplace Relations, or HR Advisory role
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
- Ability to interpret legislation and provide practical, commercially sound advice
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders through complex workplace matters




- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and public speaking experience is highly regarded
- Ability to prioritise competing requests, work independently, and know when to seek specialist input
- Permanent Australian working rights and local IR experience
