I am working to fill multiple roles accross the Central Coast for Freight Loaders and manufacturing production workers with a valid forklift.
Shift times vary but need to be able to work 24/7 roster ideally.

Responsibilities
- If freight loading you will soley be focused on loading and unloading freight with some manual labour as needed
- Operate production line machinery and equipment to meet daily output targets
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently
- Use forklifts (counterbalance and/or reach) to move raw materials and finished goods
- Perform basic quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow WHS procedures, maintain a clean work area, and complete required documentation
- Work collaboratively across shifts to keep production and dispatch running smoothly
Your Profile
Essential:
- Current, valid Forklift Licence (LF) – must be able to provide evidence
- Proven experience as a Production Operator, Freight Loader or similar factory/warehouse role
- Ability to work 24/7 rotating shift patterns (days, afternoons, nights, weekends)
- Reliable transport to get to our Central Coast sites for all shifts
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
- Positive communication skills and a team-first attitude
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience in manufacturing, food, FMCG or logistics environments
- Additional tickets (e.g. Reach Forklift, Order Picker & Overhead Crane)
- Basic computer skills for production/warehouse systems
