An exciting prospect for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established business servicing the construction industry.
You’ll take ownership of the Brisbane sales strategy, lead a team of Technical Sales Consultants and drive growth across key construction clients.
The Role
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team
- Manage key customer relationships
- Drive sales targets, bid rates and hit rates
- Identify market opportunities and growth areas
- Support commercial and contract negotiations
- Improve sales processes and performance
About You We’re looking for a proven sales leader with strong construction industry experience.
You’ll ideally have:
- 10+ years' sales experience in construction, lifts or a similar technical industry
- 3+ years' sales management experience
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A current driver's licence
