Sales Executive – Inbound Sales

Warm inbound leads | Phone-heavy sales | Uncapped earning potential An established and growing WA business is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join its high-performing team in Bibra Lake.

This is an ideal opportunity for an energetic, ambitious salesperson who enjoys being on the phone, thrives on targets and wants the opportunity to earn more through performance.
You won't be sitting around waiting for business to happen. The company generates a strong flow of genuine inbound enquiries, and your job is to get on the phone, understand what the customer needs, build rapport and turn those opportunities into sales.

There is no requirement for industry experience. We're much more interested in your attitude, energy and ability to sell.
The Role Working as part of a busy sales team, you'll manage inbound enquiries from both new and existing customers.
A large part of your day will be spent on the phone, so you'll need to genuinely enjoy speaking with customers, following up opportunities and closing deals.

You'll be responsible for:

- Responding quickly to warm inbound sales enquiries
- Handling a high volume of customer conversations over the phone
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right solution
- Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
- Converting enquiries into sales
- Developing relationships with repeat customers
- Keeping your pipeline and CRM up to date
- Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs




- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and maximise each enquiry

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with energy, drive and a strong work ethic.
You don't necessarily need years of experience or knowledge of the industry. If you've worked in a sales workplace, are confident picking up the phone and have the hunger to push yourself, we'd like to hear from you.
You'll ideally bring:

- Previous sales, business development or customer-facing experience
- Confidence and strong communication skills over the phone
- A competitive, target-driven mindset
- The ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- The motivation to push yourself and increase your earnings
- Good organisation and attention to detail
