About the role:
As part of one of the most highly regarded major projects practices in Australia, this group has continued to grow in recent years working on Australian and international work. As part of the national projects team, day to day you will:

- work on mining and related development projects, legislative/regulatory compliance, M&As; and project documentation;
- be a part of projects across Australia and internationally; and
- work with clients from electricity and natural gas traders, national oil companies, developers and government bodies.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will:

- be working in a projects team or corporate M&A; team at a top tier or highly regarded firm;




- have at least 3-8 years PAE in the energy and resources sector;
- the confidence to be given a valuable deal of autonomy while also working closely in a team on large projects; and
- strong drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box.
