The company: Our client is an inclusive national law firm who represents clients across Australia. This firm focuses on a collaborative approach with other practice groups within the Brisbane office and their other practice groups nationally.
About the role:
Working within this growing and busy construction litigation team, you will:

- work closely with several Partners who are all highly regarded in their fields of expertise;
- work across a mix of litigation matters for construction clients which will include general commercial litigation and regulatory litigation;
- be involved on skilled indemnity matters for construction industry professionals including engineers, quantity surveyors, planners, valuers etc.; and
- be exposed to not just to Queensland matters but also across Australia.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

- 3-8 years' PAE in litigation (ideally with professional indemnity or construction litigation experience or a strong interest in it);
- excellent attention to detail;
- a genuine interest in construction law and professional indemnity;




- the ability to delegate and provide mentoring to junior lawyers in the team; and
- have excellent client building skills for your level.
