About the role
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to step into a Team Lead position overseeing residential aged care services across the Sunshine Coast, based in Caloundra, QLD. This full-time role combines clinical practice with team leadership, service coordination and relationship management.
You will support and guide a regional team of Physiotherapists working predominantly across residential aged care facilities, while partnering closely with aged care providers to deliver consistent, person-centred and evidence-informed services. Reporting to the Aged Care Operations Manager, you will receive dedicated off-floor time each fortnight to complete leadership and administrative responsibilities. For the right person, there are optional opportunities to expand your clinical work into community services or the provider's movement centre as your career develops.

- $90,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience in residential aged care physiotherapy
- Prior team leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Ability to balance clinical caseload with leadership responsibilities
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligible to work in Australia
