Key Requirements

n

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
n
- Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures is an advantage.
n
- A positive and collaborative attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Enthusiasm for food, customer service, and Zambrero's mission.

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
n
- Availability to work full-time on a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
n
- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
n
- First Aid Certificate (desirable).

Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver outstanding customer service.
n
- Prepare and serve food items according to recipes and quality standards.
n
- Engage with customers to provide information about our menu, the "Plate 4 Plate" initiative, and other store offerings.
n
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
n
- Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.
n
- Accurately process transactions, handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
n
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
n
- Support current team members through training and mentorship.
n
- Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimise waste.
n
