About the Role
You will provide high-quality legal and administrative support across a range of personal injury matters, helping lawyers manage files and deliver an excellent standard of service to clients.
- Supporting the management of personal injury and compensation matters
- Maintaining accurate,
organised and up-to-date client files
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and external parties
- Coordinating appointments, documentation and matter deadlines
- Proactively monitoring files and identifying when action is required
- Managing competing priorities and organising your own workload
- Responding quickly and professionally as priorities change
- Providing practical administrative and paralegal support to the legal team
- Helping ensure clients receive responsive and professional service throughout their matter
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-focused Legal Assistant or Paralegal who is comfortable taking responsibility for your work and operating with a good level of independence.
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in personal injury matters
- Previous Legal Assistant, Paralegal or similar legal support experience
- Strong file management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan and manage your own working day
- Confidence working independently and using initiative
- Solid problem-solving skills and good judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and external parties
- A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
