APG Workforce is seeking up to 2 Moba Operators to join a busy egg grading and production facility in Llandilo.

- $33.11 per hour + ongoing, stable work
- Hands-on machinery & production role
- Supportive team setting with opportunity to grow

You’ll work on the Egg Grading Floor, operating and adjusting the Moba egg grader, keeping production running efficiently and coordinating the grading team.





What you’ll do

- Operate and adjust the Moba egg grader
- Monitor production and make machine adjustments
- Coordinate and supervise grading floor staff
- Follow QA, food safety and WHS procedures
- Complete basic production and stock reconciliations
- Communicate production requirements with the team

What we’re looking for...

We’re interested in candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Food Production Operator, Processing Operator or Team Leader.

You’ll need to be:

- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working around machinery
- Confident in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong with basic maths and attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating a team

Moba experience is highly desirable, but relevant machinery/production experience will be considered.
