DWS is seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst / Techno Functional Consultant to join a high-profile transformation initiative. This role will suit a consultant with robust Salesforce techncial experience, data management, reporting, governance, migration, and data modelling expertise who enjoys working closely with both functional business and technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

n Type: ACN Contractor OR Max Term
n Start: ASAP (max 2 weeks notice)
n Length:3+ months
n Style: Brisbane (hybrid; 3+ days onsite), Sydney / Melbourne (remote)
n Salary: Up to $750/day + GST (ACN) OR up to $180K inc super (Max Term)

In this role you will:

n

- Define, document, and govern Salesforce data standards, naming conventions, validation rules, and data quality controls.
n
- Establish and maintain data governance practices that support data integrity and consistent data capture across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms.
n
- Define and document data migration approaches, including manual migration processes where automated solutions are not appropriate.
n
- Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration support activities to ensure data accuracy and business readiness.
n
- Assess business process changes, identify reporting dependencies, and evaluate the impact of system and process decommissioning.
n
- Design, develop, validate, and remediate Salesforce reports and dashboards supporting operational, compliance, and management reporting.
n
- Conduct root cause analysis of reporting and data quality issues and implement appropriate remediation activities.
n
- Develop conceptual and logical data models to support future-state Salesforce and enterprise data requirements.
n
- Document entity relationships, business rules, and target-state data structures supporting integration, reporting, and governance outcomes.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of data and reporting outcomes.

To be successful you will demonstrate:

- Strong Salesforce technical knowledge, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and governance.
n
- Significant experience defining and maintaining data standards, validation rules, and data quality frameworks.
n
- Substantial experience supporting data migration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities.
n
- Strong data modelling capabilities, including conceptual and logical data design.
n
- Proven ability to analyse business processes and translate requirements into practical reporting and data solutions.
n
- Expertise identifying and resolving reporting, data quality, and governance issues.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, communication, and consulting skills.
n
- Experience working within enterprise transformation, CRM, or digital delivery programs.
