Realmark is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a Karratha portfolio in a remote or local role. You will manage relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, travel to Karratha for onboarding and periodic site visits, and operate with independence using structured processes.
You must be willing to travel regularly and work from home with a suitable setup, while staying connected with the in office team for coaching and mentorship.
