Lead 3PL Warehouse Operations | Drive Performance

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across all activities.
About the Role
Reporting to the 3PL Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations across the warehouse.
You will be responsible for leading the team, coordinating inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory and workflows, ensuring order accuracy and compliance, and maintaining safe and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, is highly organised, customer-focused and thrives in a hands-on operational workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations
Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
Manage inventory movements, traffic flow, and order timelines
Ensure load restraint compliance in line with the Load Restraint Guide 2025
Lead and support the warehouse team, including training, performance, and shift handover
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and warehouse organisation
Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately
Drive a strong safety culture, including toolbox talks and incident management
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and transport
About You
Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of:
Load restraint requirements (essential)
Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
DAFF / biosecurity processes (desirable)
Current Forklift Licence (essential)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate teams
High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
Confident using WMS, scanners, and operational systems
Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
