The Role
As the Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, including:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor management
- Managing lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
- Preparing budgets and monitoring property expenditure
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
- Liaising with contractors, owners and service providers
- Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring assets are managed efficiently and professionally
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Commercial Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Full Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
