The Role

As Regional Manager IT, you will lead the technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation roadmap across a diverse hospitality and entertainment business. Working closely with executive leadership, you will oversee infrastructure, cyber security, enterprise systems, gaming technology, cloud platforms, and service delivery while driving innovation and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced technology skilled passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, AI, automation, and strategic ICT initiatives to support business growth and long-term success.

Skills & Attributes

- Extensive experience leading ICT functions within complex, multi-site, hospitality, gaming,



entertainment, or similar environments
- Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cyber security, enterprise systems, networks, and service delivery
- Proven experience developing and executing technology strategies aligned with business objectives
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and building strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Experience managing technology projects, budgets, vendor partnerships, governance frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives
