We have Partnered with a leading Builder in Sydney to hire their next most integral player. Seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing residential construction team long term. This client is known for their exceptional client relationships, culture is extremely important therefore well developed interpersonal skills are a must for their next addition.
In this role, you will oversee multiple residential building projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys managing people, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering outstanding homes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential construction projects from commencement to handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage client communications and provide regular project updates.
- Review contracts, variations, and project documentation.
- Resolve construction issues promptly to minimise delays.
- Ensure projects achieve financial and operational targets.

You are an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and has a passion for delivering quality residential projects.

Essential Requirements

- Builders licence.




- Solid knowledge of residential building practices and construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong budgeting and cost-control experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Current driver's licence.
