Morson Edge are currently seeking experienced welders for site-based work in the Western Sydney. This is an excellent prospect to secure ongoing work with competitive rates and immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities
- TIG weld stainless steel pipework to project specifications and welding procedures.
- Read and interpret isometric drawings, welding procedures and fabrication plans.
- Complete pipe fit-up, alignment and tack welding prior to final welds.
- Prepare pipe and joints through cutting, grinding, cleaning and edge preparation.
- Perform high-quality welds in various positions while maintaining required standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and identify defects, contamination or weld inconsistencies.
- Follow WHS procedures, hot-work requirements and site safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience TIG welding stainless steel pipe.
- Construction or industrial project experience.
- Pipefitting experience.
- Relevant welding qualifications/trade certificate preferred.
- White Card.
- Working at Heights and EWP ticket beneficial.
- Ability to read isometric drawings and welding specifications.
