HR Business Partner - Client Services

We are partnering with a leading global agency to recruit an HR Business Partner - Client Services. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR qualified to combine hands-on HR, ER/IR and client relationship management.

Supporting a large workforce nationally, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across two divisions, managing day-to-day HR matters while acting as a key point of contact for the client.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a broad range of ER/IR matters, including performance, conduct, workplace issues and workers compensation.
- Coach managers through employee relations processes and provide pragmatic HR advice.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and the client.
- Ensure processes, approvals and reporting are managed accurately.
- Support headcount, budgeting and forecasting requirements.




- Proactively identify issues and anticipate client needs.
- Own the client relationship and act as their key point of contact for HR and people matters.
- Stay ahead of what's happening across the business and proactively anticipate client needs.

About You

- 3+ years' HR experience in Australia.
- Strong ER/IR experience and knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly process-driven approach.
- Pragmatic and commercially minded, with a focus on finding solutions.
- Mature and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Highly responsive and able to work autonomously.
- Agency or client-service experience advantageous, but not essential.
