This role is being offered on a remote basis, located in South Australia, offering the chance to join a friendly and high-performing Darwin-based team.

About the Role
n
In this Conveyancing Clerk role, you will join a collaborative team and be primarily responsible for providing essential support to our Licensed Agents throughout the conveyancing process, to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions. You will play a crucial role in facilitating stakeholder communication, managing administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Your other key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Assisting in coordinating settlement procedures
n
- Drafting & preparing legal documents & contracts
n
- Liaising with clients & other key stakeholders,
keeping them updated and informed of the progress of their property transaction
n
- Liaising with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate settlements
n
- Opening & managing client files
n
- Conducting title searches and investigating property details
n
n
About you
n
The successful candidate will possess established experience as a Conveyancing Clerk. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and skilled judgement in preparing legal documents. Clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused approach will allow you to manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in utilising Leap or other legal practice management software is advantageous.

Ultimately, you will be passionate about the work you do and looking to join a collaborative and supportive team, which invests in your development. A structured training and onboarding process will be provided, to enable the successful candidate to learn the local NT laws and processes.
