What is your role?
As Senior Consultant| Sustainabilityyou will play a key technical and delivery role within our sustainability team. You will:

- Contribute to the delivery of sustainability assessments, environmental modelling, and certification frameworks across diverse project types.
- Apply technicalexpertiseacross thermal comfort, energy modelling, climate resilience, whole-of-life carbon,



and precinct sustainabilitystrategies.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects,engineersand developers to embed sustainability from concept through to construction.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Support proposal development and contribute to client-facing activities as part of a broader sustainability team.
- Contribute to thought leadership and industry initiatives that advance sustainable design in the built setting.

About You

- Experience:4 to 6 years in sustainability consulting, ESD, building physics, or a related field.
- Technicalexpertise:Solid working knowledge of building performance modelling and relevant certification frameworks including NABERS, Green Star and WELL. Precinct-scale sustainability experience isadvantageous.
- Leadership:Beginning to mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge within a team setting.




- Collaboration:Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic mindset:Ability to think beyond compliance and translate sustainability ideas into practical, design-led outcomes.
