Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is recruiting an Operational Training Standards and Assurance Manager in Melbourne. The role leads the technical training system—frameworks, standards, endorsement rules and the trainer/assessor workforce—driving implementation of the OTR to build a capable training workforce.
