Your new role

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the branch. You will:

- Drive business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

- Deliver outstanding customer service, advice, and tailored solutions.
n
- Manage systems and processes to consistently exceed targets.
n
- Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
n
- Lead, develop, and inspire your team across sales, warehousing, and logistics.

What you'll bring

- A proven track record in senior management or branch leadership.
n
- Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).
n




- Natural leadership qualities with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

- A commercial mindset - able to identify opportunities and convert them into growth.

- Robust communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base.
n
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).
