Job Description
Merlin Entertainments invites an experienced Guest Excellence Manager to lead all front-of-house operations at Sydney Tower Eye. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach leaders, and ensure service standards across Admissions, Ticketing, VR and Skywalk, while maintaining safety and performance metrics.

The role requires 8–10 years in hospitality or attractions, robust leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement. A formal First Aid and Fire Warden credentials are preferred.
