Join our team as a high-performing Coordinatorand take the lead at an established and flourishing After School Care servicelocated on the grounds of St Mary St Joseph Catholic Primary School, Maroubra. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time position. Before & after school care plus Vacation care. Split shifts Monday - Friday with 2 block shift per week.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professionalwith a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Create a safe,



inclusive space– Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
- Stay organised and vigilant– Manage accurate attendance records and bookingsto ensure consistent supervision and safety
- Empower your team–Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
- Inspire young minds– Design and deliverengaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
- Live the values– Support and promote themission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
- Build strong community ties– Nurturepositive relationshipswith families, the school, and key community stakeholders

About You

- ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC).
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
- Certification inChild Protection Training.
- CurrentFirst Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
- A validNSW Working With Children Check.
- Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.Register GECCKO
