Senior Business Analyst - Digital Identity & Salesforce
Location
Brisbane CBD (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 60%)
Contract Duration
Immediate Start - June 30, 2027 (Long-term Contract)
Daily Rate
$950 - $1,075 per day (inc. super), depending on experience
About the Prospect
We are currently partnering with a leading Queensland State Government regulatory agency to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a high-profile, strategic Digital Identity & Verification initiative. This project involves modernising secure customer access to digital services by integrating Salesforce CRM with Queensland Digital Identity (QDI), identity broker services, and external vendor platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map customer identity journeys, authentication/authorization workflows, and future-state process models.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, solution architects, integration specialists, external vendor partners, and government stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Support end-to-end integration testing (SIT, UAT), defect triage,
and business readiness/operational transition.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
To be successful in this role, you MUST demonstrate recent, hands-on experience in the following:
- Salesforce Platform Expertise: Extensive BA experience working on Salesforce CRM / Experience Cloud implementations, defining data models, customer service workflows, and architecture requirements.
- Digital Identity & External Vendor Integration: Proven, recent track record delivering Digital ID / IAM projects involving complex system integrations with external identity providers or identity broker services.
Highly Desirable Experience
- Government Digital Identity Frameworks: Familiarity with Queensland Digital Identity (QDI), myID, Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM / QRAM), or the Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF).
- Identity & Authentication Protocols: Understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, Single Sign-On (SSO), JWT Tokens, and claims-based authentication.
- Data & API Integration: Experience analyzing end-to-end customer verification journeys, API integration mapping, identity matching, and duplicate account management.
