This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is enthusiastic, energetic and customer focused. As a brand ambassador for Swatch, you will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales performance, and bring the energy and personality of the brand to life every day. You will:

- Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience

- Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience
n
- Keep up to date with our recent products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions)
n
- Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI's
n
- Ensure the store always looks it's best, including products displays and following our merchandising standards
n
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
n
- Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries
