Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead our NITA team and manage the residential facility for Indigenous trainees. You will provide personal leadership, focusing on wellbeing, motivation and development to help trainees complete their traineeship.

The role requires solid mentoring, communication and cultural awareness, plus a First Aid certificate and a Class C driver's licence.
