The Opportunity

We are seeking motivatedaccreditedSolar Electriciansto deliver high-quality residential solar and battery installations across SEQ. You'll work as part of a small, efficient crew and play a vital role in ensuring Nectr maintains its reputation for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
n
Electrical & Solar Installations
n
n
- Install residential solar, battery, and hybrid PV systems.
n
- Complete inverter/battery commissioning and compliance documentation.
n
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and call-outs when required.
n
- Upload panel/inverter serial numbers and site photos to our internal software.
n
n
Roofing & General Install Support
n
n
- Safely install panels on a variety of roof types (tile, tin, terracotta, etc.).
n
- Assist with mounting systems, cable runs, and on-site preparation.
n
- Maintain a safe and clean worksite at all times.
n
n
Customer & Safety
n
n
- Deliver professional customer service on every job.
n
- Adhere to all WHS, electrical, and solar compliance standards.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Open/Electrical Licence (QLD)
n
- 1+ year solar install experienceOR2+ years residential electrical experience
n
- CEC Battery accreditation desirable (or we can support you to get this)
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality installs
n
n
For Existing 2-Man Crews
n
n
- Sparkie + apprentice/roofer teams encouraged to apply
n
- Must uphold Nectr's high safety and quality standards
